The Beaufort-Jasper County REALTORS® and the Hilton Head Area REALTORS® are proud to present a proposed unification that would create Southern Lowcountry REALTORS®.

This proposal is the result of thoughtful discussion, careful planning, and a shared commitment to serving our members and our profession for generations to come. Throughout this process, we have remained focused on one important question: How do we build upon the strengths of our organizations while positioning REALTORS® for success in a rapidly changing industry?

The answer is not to leave behind the traditions, relationships, and professionalism that have made our associations successful. It is to preserve those strengths while creating an organization with greater resources, stronger advocacy, expanded opportunities, and a more sustainable foundation for the future.

Together, we have the opportunity to create a unified association representing more than 2,000 REALTORS® across the southern Lowcountry. With that comes a stronger voice on issues affecting private property rights, housing, and our profession; expanded educational opportunities; enhanced member services; and greater operational efficiency.

Most importantly, this proposal is not about losing our identity. It is about honoring the legacy of both organizations while building something even stronger for future generations of REALTORS®.
