As we move toward the member vote on the proposed unification, we are providing members with the final Unification Agreement and Bylaws that will govern the unified association if approved.

These documents represent the culmination of extensive discussion, collaboration, legal review, and careful consideration by the leadership of both associations. Together, they establish the commitments, governance structure, member protections, and organizational framework for the unified association.

We believe it is important that every member has the opportunity to review the actual documents being presented for approval and understand the provisions that will guide the organization moving forward.
